LIPO Vitamin C is one of the first products that I used from RBS. I have been using it for close to 10 years now. I take 2 capsules daily with the primary purpose of boosting my immune system that was very weak. I take it along with Vitamin D and I now consider my immune system to be very strong, getting me through Covid for example with a very mild infection. I compare this to my wife’s infection that was very severe.  I happen to like the LIPO technology and use many other LIPO supplements from RBS as well.

This is suppose to be kept refrigerated after opening but it was shipped in a black mailer, left in the sun on a 99 degree day. The bottle was hot to the touch when I got it out. Not real happy about that but realize it's not renues fault.

According to the science, this n m n gel from Renue science so start seeing  the difference in about 2 to 3 months it's only been 2 weeks the taste could be improved.
Holding it under your tongue is a task for 1 minute, They should ask this question in 223 months.So I can see if it actually helps

I seem to be different to others as  Ashwagandha has never made me drowsy in fact it gives me a calm energy. I wondered for years why all the supplements for sleep never made me tired. I did a bit of digging and now I know why. I take this one by Renue by Science when I wake up in the morning along with a few other supplements. Adding this to my morning routine has made an obvious improvement. So unfortunately for sleep it doesn’t work for my body but for calm energy it’s great and I take it every single morning now. Obviously not everyone’s body will respond d like mine but if you notice it gives you energy at night then try switching to using it in the morning.
