LIPO Vitamin C is one of the first products that I used from RBS. I have been using it for close to 10 years now. I take 2 capsules daily with the primary purpose of boosting my immune system that was very weak. I take it along with Vitamin D and I now consider my immune system to be very strong, getting me through Covid for example with a very mild infection. Bioavailability without liposomal treatment is very poor on this product. So I highly recommend this. If you're really, seriously interested in. Getting this. Into your. I really like this product. It makes me feel energetic without jittery nervousness. I like the fact that fisetin flushes out dead cells from your body ( it’s a senolytic) and rejuvenates the connecting cell edges (telomeres) of your body. I’ve been taking this product for about 2 weeks and felt energized by it on the first day I started taking it. I’m 74 yrs old so I can feel the before taking it vs taking it. I  like it so much, that I bought 2 more bottles of it. I seem to be different to others as  Ashwagandha has never made me drowsy in fact it gives me a calm energy. I wondered for years why all the supplements for sleep never made me tired. I did a bit of digging and now I know why. I take this one by Renue by Science when I wake up in the morning along with a few other supplements. Adding this to my morning routine has made an obvious improvement. So unfortunately for sleep it doesn’t work for my body but for calm energy it’s great and I take it every single morning now. Obviously not everyone’s body will respond d like mine but if you notice it gives you energy at night then try switching to using it in the morning.
