Which is better: NAD+ or NMN?

NAD+ is still saddled with the misconception that it is somehow useless as it was claimed it needs to be metabolized to NMN or NR to enter some cell types.

This research shows NAD+ is able to enter cells directly, and is also metabolized by an enzyme that resides on the cell membrane (CD73) to NMN or NR to enter cells.

It is unknown how much NAD+ can enter cells directly, and how much as NMN (by recently identified SLC128), and how much as NR.
But it is clear that NAD+ has multiple pathways to enter cells, and also acts as a signaling molecule that activates SIRTUINS with massive health benefits.
