Sleepiness with nmn is unfortunately definitely a real thing. It hit me 3 years after taking it and my mother as soon as she started aged 76. I reversed it with TMG when it was just becoming clear methyl depletion was the cause. 

I had to reduce my sublingual ABN nmn dose significantly after suffering fatigue and daytime sleepiness at a dose of 125mg 4x/day. I am also taking micellized turmeric, quercetin and astaxhantin. So I wonder whether there's an interaction or is it a case of over production of metabolite nicotinamide...

So 2 years ago I started having few grey hairs at the age of 48. I've had no increase in them on nmn. For skin I moisturise regularly and I am told I look younger than 2 years ago but who knows..
