I took this test for the first time recently and scored about 10 years younger than my chronological age. They use average telomere length to come up with a score and then put you in a pool with others in your age group to come up with your bioage. I'm 51 so not sure how accurate these test are but ...

I've recently been taking NMN and the NAD+ nasal spray. I had trouble sleeping at first and read that taking it too late can keep you up, so I've stopped taking it after dinner and I haven't had a problem since. I do notice an improvement in my workouts. More energy and better recovery time.
