Re: Taking breaks
After my day break, my body just feels "reset". I keep the same boost of energy, performance, and clarity as the beginning of my journey without increasing my 250 Mg every other day(after adding metformin). I have played around with higher dosing, non-pulsing, etc. and found this is what w...

Re: Evidence for Cycling Supplements
The basis for which I cycle my nmn with metformin and take a day off each week from all supplements is it just feels right for me. I personally have found I get a "stagnet" feeling after a couple months of constant supplementation.

Re: Any mood changes while taking NMN?
Curious if anyone has experienced mood changes, depressive and/or anxiety like symptoms in particular. I’ve come down with some mild depressive symptoms in the past few months, which correlates with starting my daily NMN dosing with ABN’s sublingual tablets, 1g/day. I’m not convinced by any means t...

Re: Alternative to Resveratrol
I've decided to try something other than Resveratrol in combination with NMN for sirtuin actiation. Right now I take Quercetin and Berberin, and I eat a spoonful of olive oil to get Tyrosol. What are your thoughts? Do you think Resveratrol is necessary? I use pterostilbene instead of resveratrol as...

Re: The Sinclair protocol
Hey Fred, have you heard of any explanation on the resveratrol versus pterostilbene difference I noticed? Edgey versus normal or a woman compared to a man maybe? No, I haven't sorry. I've only seen increased cerebral blood flow in human studies of RSV and a possible antidepressant effect. Have you ...

Re: The Sinclair protocol
Modest weight loss can be expected with metformin. I just find SR much more gentle on the stomach. If someone can tolerate 500 mg of regular metformin day and night or 1 g in the evening then that is much cheaper. Very interesting for sure on the weight loss and SR. Hey Fred, have you heard of any ...

Re: The Sinclair protocol
I take just regular metformin. Is there a reason behind the SR? I have noticed some weight loss with appetite increase since starting metformin. No upset stomach though. Also noticed then when I took resveratrol, it made me edgey when mixed with nmn. I mean like no patience at all. That immediately ...

Re: The Sinclair protocol
I know that at least one member here follows the Sinclair protocol: 1 g NMN 1 g metformin 1 g resveratrol For those taking these three molecules to target all three longevity and nutrient-sensing pathways: AMPK, sirtuin and mTOR...have you noticed any difference in your health since adding metformi...
