I encourage my dad to keep moving every couple hours. I have to fight the urge to wait on him as he can do these things himself.

Most of us take multiple NAD boosters, so I think our muscles have increased NAD+ boosting our strength ​​​​​

I agree that at that age, 500mg is about right for NMN.. Probably the same for CaAKG.

To be honest, I think those of use in our third or fourth year doing this are in a similar place, more or less. The big question is, does he do LIPO?? lol   I would guess good quality NMN powder in a capsule. Turns out it still works :), 1G of that good stuff does have an impact on "most"...

Among the many things I do with my now 88 year old mother, is helping her get at least 7 hours of sleep most nights. This has done wonders, especially for her mind, and she has much less chronic pain.

i think proper sleep in the anti-inflammatory of the brain. not just unconsciousness, but all the right stages.

It is also a glutiathone precursor.
