Although I believe I am better off just supplementing resveratrol. Wasn't it something like 100 glasses of red wine to 1gram of resveratrol?

I've taken mine with both coconut oil and yogurt and both feel the same to me. I guess it's a matter of actual delivery and how beneficial it is. But i've not noticed any difference between the two.

Also another rec to start small and work your way up until you find the noticeable benefits. I would say when trying any new compound don't just go for a bit hit first anyway.

NMN has been great for me from 625mg - 750mg. And I think I will increase further over the next two weeks.
