yup, i think we are probably ok, but in a pinch i would take NR.

I use retinol A, Olive Oil, and have avocado, carrots, wheat germ and bell peppers among many others for a daily smoothie.

I think vitamins with lutein and zeaxanthin aren't all that bioavailable, it maybe be best to get it with avocado and Kale. 

Has anyone tried olive oil on their face every day?   Do you mean to use it as a cleansing oil?
