But i have noticed my forearms are bigger. I guess I do more tinkering. Not Popeye big, but impressive.

Renue with Methylene blue
This stuff is pretty amazing. I am not old enough to have wrinkles, and despite my username, I have never smoked, but i have noticed for sometime that i had droopy upper eyelids. Almost puffy looking. I have been rubbing this serum into my entire face, including my eyelids for over 2 months, and wha...

We haven't used the lotions or serums yet, and are looking for explanations of how they work, as well as any other supplements that can help remove the odd wrinkle. And perhaps fill in places tha...

Re: Post Covid where is your longevity budget now?
I just tallied it up. In US dollars, the amount would be $150 per month. That's NAD+ Complete, NAD+ Energizer, Lipo CaAKG, Renue Body Serum and various other vitamins and suppliments. Money well spent.

Re: 4 vaccine shots, mixed plus NMN and RSV... is CoVid still a threat to elderly?
there are just no guarantees.
if the elderly patient is frail, it is a major risk factor.
do you have access to many rApid tests? maybe that can help you have safe company until the next mixed vaccine. Then maybe it will finally be less serious.

So right now the best way to get procyanidin C1 is to consume grape seed extract. Any other sources? So far it's the only one I know of. Hoping we can get a liposomal version at some point. Interesting! Is anything happeneing on this front? Do we know what types of cells GSE targets?

Re: Spermidine - best time to take?
In David Sinclair' s most recent supplemental list, which he has just added Spermidine to, he states the best time is in the morning. He also gives his reason for, and remarks on all of his stack, with additional insight. Ben, 81. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b2EKhR5ajx8 Nice! Thanks Picklebal...
