I've decided to try something other than Resveratrol in combination with NMN for sirtuin actiation. Right now I take Quercetin and Berberin, and I eat a spoonful of olive oil to get Tyrosol.

What are your thoughts? Do you think Resveratrol is necessary?

This is serious, because you can't know how long the NMN has been sitting on a shelf somewhere, and maybe it has been heated up under transport. This could mean that we are actually eating degraded NMN and making everything worse and spending a lot of money doing it!
