I can save good amount on ordering 100g of NMN vs 16g I used to order, should be enough for around 4 months of supply. My only concern is once the bag is opened, would be the first month bunch is almost as good as last 4th month' one? My room temp is 60-76F. Any special precautions would you recomme...

I have no idea how you guys keep it under your tongue for so long. I use both powder NMN in the morning and Sublingual tables in the evening. Both are completely dissolved in saliva 20-30 seconds after I put them under my tongue, even if I hold tongue still.

I wonder if we take good dose of NMN like 1g a day, does it all purely supplement NAD+ produced by our own body, or could it be a case our body get used to some supplementation outside and produce less on its own? I want to ask those of you who took around 1g a day or more of NMN for a prolong perio...
