Looks like a good place to start and then specialize the nutrients for your particular goals. I frequently hear this advice but I don't understand it. Can you please provide some examples? My goal is to live as long as possible and as healthy as possible. Now given that goal, how should I specialize?

Is there a quality certificate from independent 3rd party lab for the new line of LSG products? I see that the powder has a certificate from Micro Quality Labs, but there's no such certificate available for any of the new products. Have they not been tested?
