Re: The 7 day rapamycin fast
From what I can tell having read all the threads on rapamycin.news, those who need to lose blubber as you put it do so due to appetite being curbed and when its gone it appears to stay off. Re: The 7 day rapamycin fast
Having tried several times I can't get beyond a 3 day fast, therefore, I now just take the drug Rapamycin for the same effect, in the form of the generic Sirolimus, once a fortnight. If anyone else is interested I suggest you go to https://www.rapamycin.news and read all about it. I've found a docto...

Re: One more reason to avoid surgar!
The fibre in fruit (and veg) protects against any blood sugar spike...as long as its fresh fruit and not dried (% of sugar in dried is way higher) or juiced (all the fibre is lost).
Enjoy your fruits!!

NLS - don't use the juicer as you lose all the fibre and end up having too much sugar saturation.

Apparently, one lot of gut bacterial like the dark chocolate at lunchtime as per their circadian rhythm, and a different group like it in the evening.
I take one square of 100% dark at lunchtime and one at dinner time.
As pickleball says, keeps the little buggers quiet!!
