In general I am a sensitive sleeper.
I only take 250-500mg of the new liposomal capsules

I find that after a few weeks of build up, it starts to really effect my sleep
 

Is it only me, or do others find that if they take too much NMN, they dont sleep well at night (even though I take it first thing in the morning)?

Do any of you have an issue sleeping from the NMN? 
I find that if I take too much, I have a lot of energy by day, but cant sleep well at night

Is anyone seeing (feeling) good results from these capsules?
I have been taking them for the last week or so, and dont feel anything at all.
