Yes. 25 pumps per day for 2 days (50 pumps in total) Wait for 1 month and repeat the same protocol  Then the same regimen can be done in 6 to 12 months time. I will wait and see the results from the first supplementation after the month then determine when I will do it again in 6 to 12 months time....

I plan to take 5 pumps of Fisetin on the hour for 5 hours to total 25 pumps per day for two consecutive days (50 pumps) and repeat protocol in one months time.   Hi Newage! As much as i want to do daily IF, it really doesnt match my workout schedule early in the morning since i also take my protein supplementation immediately after workout.  i just resorted to once a week 24 Hr fast and would probably schedule my supplementation off days during this peri...

About the Max Heart rate, i always wear a garmin watch paired with a chest strap heart monitor ( more accurate than wrist based hrm) to know my heart rate zones while im exercising/training. It determines the different ‘zones’ of your heart rate including the max based on the personal data you input...
