I would love to hear from people who are successfully using NMN with the MTHFR mutation. How did you scale up? Where are you at dosage-wise? What else are you taking? Are you getting good results from NMN? Any other thoughts, traps, tips? THANK YOU!

FWIW My husband stopped taking the sublingual because he felt it was affecting the enamel of his bottom teeth, as well as making his bottom teeth sensitive.  He has switched to the new capsules. He did try the liposomal gel and he felt that also was okay for him.

For those of you doing the protocol, do you opt for 1x (5-6 pumps) every 5 min, 30 min, 60 min... or ?? Is this for convenience or do you think the spacing does something significant? Also, I expect we must "pass" these cells ... are people doing the protocol noticing this? Thanks in advan...

@drkris69 - thanks for your input. Would you clarify? I always thought grazing was eating a little bit here and there throughout the day Currently, I have a 4-6 hour eating window each day. Yeah, it makes sense that the lotion would not be drying. I initially found the serum drying, but not to deter me from using it.
