Re: New to forum Journey began with heart health

I learned from following NewLifeScience that if i can find more than one study published on the National Institute of Health. This has become my "go to" for current research on NMN, NAD+, Senolytics, berberine, CaAKG and anything else. There are other periodicals (like the Lancet, and the ...

CoQ10 and Lipitor and other statins

So I have been reading up on the role of statins to reduce cholesterol and the unfortunate side effect that they burn away from of our stores of CoQ10 which can lead to muscle fatigue or pain. I have been taking Lipitor for years as I have inherted high cholesterol tendencies.. But now that I am tak...

Re: Tips for First Mayo Clinic Cycle

I was a bit over weight when i started. I did notice weight loss over the next 4 months... roughly 15 pounds, and my only big change was taking Fisetin.   Interesting - I'm sort of expecting/hoping for something similar. Was it a gradual burn-off of the 15 lbs over the 4 months or was it most notic...

Re: Far shorter healing time with NMN

My dad is doing more stuff outside this winter, and is in month 6 of using Lipo NMN.

He is 80, so maybe this will stretch out his healthspan.

Re: Berberine and Metformin

I'm sorry, I do not know how to create a new post.  But I have a survey question concerning Berberine.  The question is:  Does anyone get jittery or itchy when taking Berberine?  I take care of my mother who is almost 88.  She scratch's her skin to bleeding.  I'm wondering if Berberine is causing i...

Re: What I Eat at 80 to support Alive by Science Products

I have really upped my game with diet.

Atlantic Salmon at least 3 times per week. Avocado/asparagus/brussel sprouts or cauliflour most days. Great smoothies. Olive oil. Beet juice.
4 ounces only of Apple/orange/cranberry juice everyday

No processed meats for the last 8 weeks.
