I know, I just wonder if Lipo NR would have made for different outcomes for this study.

I wonder if the oral route would work if it was delivered with Liposomes.

Well he has been taking NMN and doing several anti-aging activities much longer than most of us, but i think that his numbers have a lot to do with CaAKG as well.

I am walking around 3k 5 days her week. I am definitely losing fat. I take 2 NAD+ Complete an hour before.

I rarely listen to music while in the house or working, but walking with tunes laying in my earbuds is amazing, especially as spring is beginning.

This is interesting. I think i will get a smart watch to track my steps. I think i do a few thousand any way.
