Are you sure that’s the right clip?

He says he used to take Berberine but now takes Metformin. I don’t see any mention of him switching to Berberine, unless I’m missing something?

I’m looking at starting up with Metformin. I already take RBS’s Defender supplement, which contains Berberine. Would this be overkill or detrimental in any way to take both Metformin and Berberine?
