Hard to find resources online for this discussion. Ive found EGCG + Curcumin might be the best anti-viral combo. Both have a strong binding to covid and curcumin helps EGCG absorption. Licorice is also probably really effective, but not recommended long term due to blood pressure. H202 nebulizati...
