I've only been using this ABS product for a few weeks now to repair the cat scratch scars on my hand and so far I’m satisfied. In adding I'm using Maryann cream for refusing dark-aging spots. I try to use it at least once a day, but twice if I remember. These scars and spots have been here forever...

Taking 1000 mg of curcumin per day helped with the pain in the lower leg and hip at a level I did not even expect, to be honest. The first week I took herbal extract as recommended, and now I have doubled this amount due to its possible anti-cancer properties (I have risks)

Hyaluronic Acid is great stuff! Been using it daily as a post-shave balm with excellent results. My Bride also uses it daily as a moisturizer - also with great results. I recently began experimenting with vitamin b2 supplementation and I've had some great results concerning cognitive function, memory and learning, sexual function etc.But it also seems to make it very hard to fall asleep.
