Re: Restoring Collagen and Elastin on face

I have started relatively recently taking Hydrolysed Collagen Peptides (10 g in water first thing in the morning after NMN). Apparently Ca-AKG and Apigenin have collagen benefits. Too early to report progress on this front. Also use Red Light Therepy!! is there no end to opportunities to fix things ...

Re: eye care products

FROM THE EYE POWER WEB SITE: Recent studies at University College London and Moorfields Eye Hospital involved exposing groups of volunteers over 40 years of age to short bursts of deep red light. This not only showed improvements in colour contrast and night vision but also showed strong evidence th...

Re: eye care products

Recent work at University College London partly guided by Prof. Glen Jeffery has concluded that three minutes of exposure to deep red light once a week, when delivered in the morning, can significantly improve declining eyesight. To that end there has been a collaboration with UCL and a Welsh Lighti...

NMN Side Effects

I was interested to note jock06889 comment on the insomnia thread that throwing high amounts of NMN at yourself might not be necessary as your body is doing fairly well with producing NAD+. This brings me to increased issues with acid reflux and  achy back which is worse at 1g of NMN and gets better...

I have dropped Hyaluronic Acid, which worked well to ease my degenerative lower disc vertebrate whilst playing tennis, it did not help with kindney function as mine dropped very notic...

Re: Adrenal Glands and NMN

Hi, Thanks for that. Absolutely correct on trying to take this to medical professionals. Totally out of their depth. The thing is, the collection of supplements I really want to continue taking will hopefully help mitigate against the after-effects of a life-time of resistant hypertension especially...

Adrenal Glands and NMN

First post so hoping for a good outcome of a tricky situation. In 1977 I had 1¾ adrenalectomy to stop the surge of the hormone ALDOSTERONE. An MRI scan in 2017 revealed they have regenerated over time. For the last 12 months blood pressure meds have been increased substantially due to excess amounts...
