Re: Has Anyone received NAD Energizer yet?

Received mine yesterday and took first capsule last night. Experienced vivid dreams (bordering on nightmares). I have previously taken all of the components of “Energizer”, including  non-liposomal 50 mg Apigenin at night without this effect, which leads me to believe the liposomal 15 mg dose of Api...

Has Anyone received NAD Energizer yet?

I pre-ordered NAD Energizer w/Apigenin, Resveratrol, Glutathione and Coq10 but haven’t yet received it. Has anyone received theirs? I’m excited to start it.

Re: Oleic Acid as a Sirtuin Activator and why Canola oil may be best

I agree that it’s best to avoid seed oils, such as canola oil.  I trust this company’s olive oil. Whole Foods generally carries it. Just make sure to stick with one of their 100% California blends— or even better, one of their single-source California varietals.  https://www.californiaoliveranch.com...

Re: Is Urolithin A the next longevity supplement?

I have consistently taken between 500-1000 mg of Urolithin A daily (via Mitopure supplement) for the last ten months or so. Prior to that, for many years I had been drinking 8-12,oz of pomegranate juice daily. I have never been tested to see if I am one of the 40% of the popu...

Re: NMN with Apigenin

So mom is now taking NMN with lipo Apigenin, lipo CaAKG, liposomal Gel with Resvertrol, and Grape Seed Extract. She has already had Fisetin a few times and is very low in weight, so we are done with that. Mom has been improving slowly but steadily and actually seems to feel better after her physio ...

Re: NMN with Apigenin

No stress. I enjoy life 100%. Though, that leads to the bad diet. I eat/drink a lot of sugar, don't intake the health foods I should. My workout (Body by Science) is once a week, strength training and HIIT cardio, once a week. Though I heat stress it up, sauna wise, several times a week. I fee the ...

Re: NMN with Apigenin

I have to agree with Newage, start with a Blood test and see where your inflammatory markers are and go from there. Also, how is your lifestyle? Do you have alot of stress? Do you workout daily? Is you diet clean? All of these factors matter. ;)     No stress. I enjoy life 100%. Though, that leads ...

Re: NMN newbie - Please help

While NMN seems to be favored on this forum, don’t discount NR. I have found NR to work extremely well for increasing energy levels, strength and workout recovery.

Re: Timing of NAD+ Boosters Around Exercise

I am not necessarily concerned with performance—in fact, I agree that taking the NAD+ booster before exercise can confer some extra energy. My concern is adaptations—muscle gain via weight training for example, could be lessened when Mtor is inhibited.  In any event, I will report back with my findi...

Re: Timing of NAD+ Boosters Around Exercise

Thank you for your responses! I’ve decided to try out the strategy of regularly taking the NAD+ booster but cycling off the resveratrol, apigenin and quercetin on workout days.
