Thanks all. Appreciate the thoughts and insights.  Will likely avoid the NMN for the meantime out of an abundance of caution. Follow up scans in Feb so will see if they are better able to give a better indication of tumor vs cav mal at that point.

Thanks all. I will encourage him to take some and see what happens. Like you said, worst case scenario it doesn’t help him but I’m hoping that maybe it at least helps wi the the polymyalgia thanks to its anti inflammatory properties.
