There's a glaring error in this article that needs to be addressed. The HED (human equivalent dose) calculations are off by a factor of 10. The HED of the NR dose found to be without ill effect is actually 2,280 mg, while the deleterious effects are (not surprisingly, in my view) seen at HEDs of 5...
