Re: Glycine, the Anti-Aging Amino Acid

3 Grams is way too low.  You need 12-15grams supplemented.  Our bodies make about 3 grams, and depending on diet you might get another 3 g.  3 Gram supplementation may be ok for the GLYNAC Glutathione aspect, but collagen turn over is about 12-15 grams per day (so taking 10g+ of Collagen hydrolyzed ...

Re: New Mayo Clinic Human Trial More Than Doubles Fisetin Protocol Dose

With the new Lipo Fisetin coming out this month at 150mg, how many should I take for the Mayo Clinic Protocol. 10 per day for 3 days?  With the bioavailability at up to 47x for Lipo Fisetin, that may be too much.  1 pill may be too much at a 7.05 g equivalent (150 mg x 47).   Or it is it more that i...

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7465058/ In human HeLa cell lines, Ashwagandha root extract, tested at various concentrations, led to  an enhancement in telomerase activity by ~45% at 10–50 μg  (assessed by the Telomerase Rapid Amplification Protocol (TRAP) assay) [12]. Ashwaganda KSM-6...

Lipo NAD Complete+ vs Lipo MNM

I remember hearing that NAD+ is too large of a molecule to enter the cells, which I am guessing the LIPO aspect helps it to do so.  Now I am curious to see if anyone has compared their NAD levels with NAD+ COmplete after taking Lipo NMN for a while to see if it works better.  Any studies on the diff...
