Re: NMN capsule added to face cream--reaction?

Thanks for the input! (I've been unable to post/login here since posting that for some reason). I did stop adding the powder, and I do use the methyl blue face cream, which has made a big difference in my hands but not on the rash, alas.

Re: Methylene Blue, what is the deal?

I too started using this last week. A pimple popped up on my cheek, so I figure it's doing something  :P I'm using it on half my neck and one hand to use the other side as a control for comparison, plus décolleté. I've been wrangling with dermatitis from some unknown substance lately, so being cauti...

NMN capsule added to face cream--reaction?

Hello! I added a small bit of my NAD+ Complete crystals from my lipo capsule...I wish I'd noted when or perhaps tried half of my face LOL, but likely in the last couple months. I figured, it might help on the surface too. For the last 5 weeks, I've had a rash on my face that spreads. I wonder if any...

Re: NMN - TMG - MTHFR (methylation issues)

This is all good to know, thanks! I have 1/2 MTHFR Snps, but a couple other methyl ones too. I only take 500 mg of TMG a day, but I"m going to start cycling every other day.  I haven't noticed any appreciable difference yet at 4 months in, but I feel great knowing I'm helping my body regenerate...

Re: NMN - TMG - MTHFR (methylation issues)

I also struggle with the effects of TMG. I take Methyl Folate along with Methyl B12 in higher daily quantities and have just ordered DMG to try as an alternative to TMG.

PS. I am curious as to what effects you're seeing from TMG.

Re: NMN - TMG - MTHFR (methylation issues)

Thanks for the input! Sorry, the week has gotten away from me   NewAge, I shall look into DMG, as I've never heard of it. I take methylated B12 too, and Pure Encapsulations has a one/day multivitamin with methylated Bs.    Pickleball, I will alternate. I don't think I take anything else with ...

NMN - TMG - MTHFR (methylation issues)

Seems the more I research, the more confusing/contradictory this longevity journey gets LOL  Watching a David Sinclair video posted here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9e3rUrKgXKg) it appears that taking NMN can impact methylation. So you need to take TMG. But that can also affect methylation nega...

Re: Interesting results from latest blood test

Thanks for posting this, Vauss88! I haven't seen any changes since starting NMN and now other products (TMG, resveratrol) in May, other than my face is oily again, so I'm always interested in seeing people's results. I'll get my annual blood test end of October and will be very interested to see any...

Thanks, NewLifeScience! Still trying to get a handle on what the sweet spot is  :)

The next thing I want to nail down is the pulsing/cycling aspect. I see you do this, and your post was super helpful.

Re: New Mayo Clinic Human Trial More Than Doubles Fisetin Protocol Dose

Thanks for the input! I'm excited to see the difference (if any) after my 5 months. That's fantastic that you cured your UC, Drkris69. I wonder if it helps Crohn's. I have a friend with that.

Cheers,
