I believe a fever indicates an infection. My brother has been in the hospital for a month now due to a kidney stone that cause a serious sepsis infection in his bladder and kidney. He had a fever for a week.

Yes, I fast 7 days a week but sometimes I skip a day if my schedule gets messed up. But for the most part it's 7 days a week doing the 8/16 fast.

Personally, I would follow the 5 month protocol to the T. I think you will be impressed with the outcome. Fisetin is a very powerful Senolytic.   Yes I plan to complete the entire 5 month protocol. My previous question was if I should also continure to do my "daily" 125mg dose after the 3...
