Thank you Pickleball and DrKris!  

Lots to learn here for sure. I ended up going with the RbS complete capsules, activator, defender, and energizer.   The point about sinuses was well met.  Now to determine amount and time of day to take.  

RBS NAD+ Complete Capsules vs NAD+ Complete spray?
Which is best? Or is it simply a question of preferred delivery.
