Thanks. By the way, do you know if it is ok to take different supplements that need to be taken on an empty stomach at the same time -- for example, taking vitamin B, C, etc? I ask because I was wondering if taking them at the same time would cancel out the benefit of taking them on an empty stomach...

I just checked and found out that it is safe to do the hit-and-run method every months. This is what the Mayo Clinic trial did in their 6 month trial.


 
 

I totally agree Jocko. Along with the Fisetin Monthly Protocol I also use a couple of pumps daily of the RBS Lipo Fisetin as a consistent maintenance dose..   Is it safe to do a high dose (hit-and-run) protocol each month? I thought you needed to have a few months break in between the hit and miss ...

You can't start a new category but you can start a new topic within each category (such as "NMN") by clicking the "New Topic" button.
