Re: NAD+ is the transport molecule used by the body, not NR
I thought the main advantage of Niagen is that it can cross the cell membrane, and NAD+ can not because it is too big. Yet you're saying that when I take Niagen, it doesn't actually ever make it to the bloodstream?
So what is the advantage of taking Niagen vs NAD+??

Feeling Much Better on NMN and NAD
I just got some NMN and NAD plus from Alive by Nature. I think I took about half a gram of nmn and maybe 250 mg of NAD plus the first day and it really affected my sleep but I found that the next day I could do a lot of push ups whereas I had been really losing ground on my 100 push-ups a day routin...

When is best to take NMN, NAD+ and NAD optimizers?
Hi! I do resistance training, HIIT and Intermittent fasting. When is best to take NMN, NAD+ and NAD optimizers? Is it necessary to take all three? Is it more beneficial to take them at different times? Does it make a difference as to when you take them in relation to fasting, or before or after trai...

How Genome Sequencing and Senolytics Can Help Us Live Healthier, Longer
Over the arc of your life, the cells in your body divide until they reach what is known as the Hayflick limit, or the number of times a normal human cell population will divide before cell division stops, which is typically about 50 divisions. What normally follows next is programmed cell death or d...

Fisetin is a senotherapeutic that extends health and lifespan
"Senescence is a tumor suppressor mechanism activated in stressed cells to prevent replication of damaged DNA. Senescent cells have been demonstrated to play a causal role in driving aging and age-related diseases using genetic and pharmacologic approaches. We previously demonstrated that the c...
