There is no comparing dosages with these creatures, and thank goodness or few of us could afford it.
Quick weight loss. Can we market this?

I have some blood tests on the way so I'll include the testosterone. A question for you or indeed anyone DRDavid, DrKris who may have some thoughts on blood ...

Re: hi all

If you are low in NAM, it might be useful to take some. But the body does not like excessive levels of NAM, and will methylate it to MeNAM, which is then excreted in urine. Adding more NAM just increases demand for methyl groups. Everyone here knows that as we age, NAD+ levels decrease dramatically...

RobSmith wrote: Sat Jul 25, 2020 1:44 pm Thanks guys - sounds like once or twice a day and probably mixing that up will do some good.
(I have lots of problem areas of different types as alluded to in previous posts - will report back on progress in a few weeks).
Yes apply two times per day for maximum effect.

Re: Dosage 1g is enough?

Welcome to the group. I am a big believer in a personalized program. Giving just a dosage that all should take is a recipe for disaster. Each person has to determine what amount is best for them and what helps them achieve their goals. My recommendation is to start slow and build up to a point that ...

You are correct. Being active and involved is so important to the aging process. If you look at the "Blue Zones" of the world you will see that those that live the longest work hard, socialize often and strive to eat a balanced clean diet.

Re: NMN sublingual vs NAD+ patch

The thing i do when i am looking at a gap larger than 2 days is intermittent fasting. We know it boosts NAD+ in our tissues, and it was what actually led to the discovery of NAD+, NR and NMN. It not only saves a cost, but it saves you food money. I certainly don't think it hurts to get NAD+ elsewhe...
