i am in the longevity camp for using NMN i think it is a great idea to start NMN in one's 20s to keep all your cells young and healthy longer.

Wow, that's 7 grams of NMN daily? That would be expensive to run for any amount of time.. :cry: He now takes 400 mg twice daily plus some sublingualy throughout the day.
