Re: Eating Red Meat Increases Telomere Length

Eating red meat results in increased telomere length. This study found that those who consumed more red meat have longer telomere length. "Unexpected correlation of telomere length with the frequency of consumption of red meat indicates the need for further in-depth research and may undermine ...

Re: Multiple Ways to Increase NAD+ Levels

Couldn’t agree more...Been doing IF for 8 months and my fat loss is incredible. Went from 36 waist to 33. Also doing 72 hour fast every quarter. Feeling better than ever. Take NMN first thing every morning and then 2-3 times/day. I feel the difference in a big way. I am trying to get back on the tr...

Re: The Dark Side

Besides Dr. Sinclair - who else is leading the charge with anti-aging molecules?

i am convinced enough with NMN and Resveratrol, but besides Dr. Sinclair is there another leading researcher out there who is pursuing the fountain of youth and documenting as much as Dr. Sinclair?

I'd kinda like to have more than a single super guru... safety in numbers, etc.

Re: Age-related hair loss and vitamin E

The main cause for hair loss among males is the built up of DHT in the scalp.

Does this research address this?

Re: NMN for fertility: "NAD+ repletion rescues female fertility during reproductive ageing"

When ever I read an article with Dr. Sinclair, it seems he is also taking Resveratrol. Are most people taking both? 'Haven't been taking reservatrol in pill form, but have been drinking some red wine each week! ;) It's pretty easy to get ahold of it, and it isn't that expensive. This version is 400...
