GHK-Cu Peptide

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6073405/ A 4 year old study.... claims. I just thought i would put this up here. CanadaHealthy posted this about skin care. I think there is great promise, especially if added with Methylene Blue. Among the claims in the article in the NIH article:Up-to-d...

Re: So who has the best skin care stack?

People who have worked on their skin long enough to get the results, remove wrinkles, lighten and tighten skin, reduce appearance of scars... what all did you do? What did you take. It can't just be one thing.   Yeah it's like in no specific order and I have likely missed something.... Hydrolyzed C...

Re: Muscle tone - NMN?

Interesting. This may have some connection with weight loss. I do know i feel more like working out.. so i hope i can see some good gains soon.   Right. The best way to get muscle tone is to use the quick recovery you get from NMN and NAD+ to workout and burn fat and builds lean muscle. It doesn't ...

Re: Article: "Dental: Oral Health is the Key to Longevity"

But the bacteria on a bad tooth is not worth it. I know for example, if you ever were b...

Re: Methylene Blue, what is the deal?

This is the real deal. as i posted elsewhere, "The face cream with methylene blue is filling in my facial skin! I am on my second bottle...and my chin is tighter. My eyelids are less droopy." This just seemed to be quite noticeable in the last few days, so about 4-5 weeks.   I think i hav...

Re: Fasting and skin

Apropo of nothing. I would life to try a five day water fast.

I don't think I can manage it with Thanksgiving and Christmas to get through, but I would like to try it in January.

I will have one fruit/veggie smoothie shot per day.

Re: So who has the best skin care stack?

Looks like this is all aimed at keeping collagen and elastin levels up.

Anyone have a stack for scars? I don't really have a lot of scarring, but i know it's a big deal.
