Re: Restoring Collagen and Elastin on face

The face cream with methylene blue is filling in my facial skin! I am on my second bottle...and my chin is tighter. My eyelids are less droopy. I have tried many many things. This is the first time I have seen real results!   interesting! This is fast also. I might be developing jowls due to my rat...

Re: Ca akg, before and after age test

I think the best test is the one for levels of inflammation, since that is what CaAKG primarily does, is reduce inflammation. You can take it in a number of places, but RBS offers the High Sensitivity C reactive protein test. I recommend taking it now, then around 3 weeks after taking CaAKG for at l...

Re: Renue NAD+ for hair loss (androgenic alopecia)

There is a proven method of hair regrowth and that is PRP - Platlet rich plasma replacement therapy. Depending on where you live it can be expensive though, $2-3k USD minimum. It will back up your hair loss about 5 years. Most data still suggests that if folicles are dead longer than that, they are...

Re: So who has the best skin care stack?

People who have worked on their skin long enough to get the results, remove wrinkles, lighten and tighten skin, reduce appearance of scars... what all did you do? What did you take. It can't just be one thing.   Yeah it's like in no specific order and I have likely missed something.... Hydrolyzed C...

Interesting, I thought it was another version of Vitamin A or E, but it turns about to be derived from beta-carotene.

Hopefully there are affordable work arounds in the short term.

I think right now it is a UK issue.

Sounds serious in the short term. Let's hope it doesn't spread across the Ocean.

You are right. There is no getting away from the fact that Minoxydil is needed to really get the results you are looking for,

Re: Berberine and Metformin

Are you still taking Metformin? What effects were you feeling on your gut? thanks!   Nope, was never really taking it regularly. Only when a "bad meal" was unavoidable, so tasty stuff but not good for you so to speak ;)  I would take one to even out the glucose spikes. It did though impac...

Re: Covid, NMM, Curcumin, Apigenin

You are correct about people getting more inflammatory conditions, I see patients everyday with all of them! I believe that we are getting bombarded by the spike proteins coming from the C virus. Now that this will probably be a regular thing, I think everyone should not only take natural anti-infl...
