Re: Covid, NMM, Curcumin, Apigenin

That is very interesting! I have been experiencing aches and pains all over and wondering why. I had Covid in February. But the aches and pains started in Mid-may.. this makes sense. I am going to up my lipo NMN, get some curcumin and i may even take an antihistamine at first. I hope it's the same e...

Re: Resveratrol / Quercetin / Curcumin

I tihnk i would make 1 or 2 tweaks to your list

Keep Resveratrol and Curcumin, add NMN and Fisetin but everyone is frreaking out about Grape Seed Extract as It has a next level senolytic (and it is also very inexpensive). I haven't heard of any bioavailability issues with GSE.

99 is Oleic acid, they are all good for me, so i take two most days.

Olive Oil, Avacado Oil - the ones I bought taste like shiat. Sunflower Oil tastes ok, but apparently it's cooked.

Re: Skin care and Pimple

I recently bought the face serum because I got an on sale advertisement.  I find it really hard to apply.  It's very runny.  I feel like I'm wasting most of it and wish I didn't buy it.  I like the MNM lotion much better because it is easy to apply and it works great.  I may try to combine the two ...

Re: Oleic Acid as a Sirtuin Activator and why Canola oil may be best

I remember hearing about that years ago. I know it is still a problem. I always taste Olive Oil before cooking with it. I have given up on Extra Virgin Olive oil. More than half the time it taates off, even rancid. So I go with regular olive oil for cooking.  But your Canola oil as a source for OA a...

I think there will be visible results, with skin tone, muscle tone and maybe even hair colour, if you have grey.

It's a must have on your list, unless you take Metformin.

Re: Starting Akg

So the price for 90 days of AKG is amazingly low, considering how new the research is.

Ordered!

Thanks for getting me off the fence folks!

Re: How many people are struggling to keep exercising?

I have been lucky in Alberta to have to get out and shovel at least 40 times in the past 2 months. That means fresh air, and good exercise. I have also been out working on my truck. Once i start going back to work in person... it is a sedentary job... so i have to think about starting something up. ...

Re: Who all is using the newest Renue Skin Serum, and why

I found a great use for the lotion, and that's to prevent chapped lips, or for an instant cure.

I have been working on a truck out in the yard and it has been cold. I actually apply to my whole face, for a warmth barrier.
