Re: Stress and sugar

Sugar (especially from fruit and other natural sources) is anti-stress and is the optimal fuel source (although context matters) - you should listen to your body if you are craving sweets. It's trying to tell you something.  In order for sugar to be metabolized properly, you primarily need b-vitami...

I am just wondering what people are comfortable spending per month , considering the measurable benefits...

Liposomal hands down. I am definitely getting more NMN per dose with LSG and am doing better with it.

Immunity, help with the brain, anti-cancer and help with the gut.   Everyone seems to agree about Reishi and Lion's Main. I'd say Shii...

Funny you say that - my eyes are less bloodshot too.

Not that they were stoned looking ... just a few red lines that are now gone.

Re: 86 year old mom falls... decisions to make

Hey NLS First, I am sorry you have this daily ordeal. I know you love your mom, and it sounds like you are alone in looking after her on a daily basis. I hope you get breaks. I am also in Ontario. Do you have CCAC? I think they can offer respite at least once a week for 3 hours... possibly more. I h...

X-rays. How to avoid them.

In Canada (before Covid) i was one of those guys at the Airport who was inexplicably selected more than 50% of the time for random checks, including Xrays. Finally I opted for manual search. I said "you are going to have to fel me up, i don't wan't any more radiation" I even avoided dental...
