yes this is one of those issues that will meet with resistance in the science community just because it is so revolutionary.

but they have discovered the 4-5 major switches in our epigenome that play large roles in aging in either direction.

We had a Swedish dietitian on here a few years back... insisting that autophagy will be happening most intensely if you limited protein intake to around 15 grams per day.

I know NewLifeScience did this fast for close to a month (??), losing about 25 pounds.

Sounds legit. I am thinking you want to stick to under 600 calories and maybe concentrate any solids to a 4-6 hour period for a longer fast?

I think so Chris. It can maintain and restore the collagen levels where applied over time. But timewise, i think it's faster than retinol A or edible collagen supplements.

i suppose it's a matter of prefence, but 250mg lipo 6 days a week is more than adequate for me.
