I have been sliding a bit with my fasting.

i am inspired to try 2 days per week, skipping breakfast and lunch. For some reason i find those the easiest to miss.

I hope i am not the only one...

but isn't Dr. Mercola kind of a quack?

As far as i know, he is an anti-vaxer (BIG RED FLAG) and also has been penalized for false claims about his tanning beds... just to name a couple things.

I think it is a good idea.

If I knew what certain users were taking, i'd likely want to know how or what they feel certain substances are helping.

I ran out of NR, i continue taking NMN, NAD+ nasal and Resveratrol.

Is there consensus among folks here that I should also consider taking NR as well?

I think it is a more immediate way of boosting NAD+ ; getting your levels up NOW, whereas NMN feeds the machine to keep them up on a day to day basis.

But since meat isn't positively associated with longevity and even increases cancer mortality its effects on a marker of longevity is irrelevant. We want real life outcomes. Not pretty lab-numbers.
