I haven't tried IF yet, but a work colleague is currently doing the 16/8 style and says it's great. He's also made the switch from "regular" coffees to cold drip coffee...looks like it helps to suppress appetite: https://www.firstpresscoffee.com/the-cold-drip-trick-for-intermittent-fasting/
