Re: Dr. Sinclairs First New Regeneration Target in Humans: Restore Vision

I have known 2 unfortunate individuals who developed macular degeneration, but didn't see their Optometrist until their central field of vision began to cloud over. The unfortunate thing is that it is mostly too late, since the supplements that can halt it or at least slow it down could take months ...

Re: Post Covid where is your logevity budget now?

I have been essentially ordering for 3 month periods, but i think i am at $120 US per month now that i have added Lipo Berberine. That isn't really that bad at all.

So it's one of the big 3 switches in age reversal and can undo a bit of sweet tooth behaviour.

Re: AKG Alpha-Ketoglutarate Age Reversal proof by Dr. David Sinclair

I am 3 months in with CaAKG and all I can say is my face is looking tighter. I have lost some weight too and that has always been challenging. That study went in for 7 months. Re: Berberine: Can it suppress craving for sugar?

The best i guess is drinking lots of water and taking berberine or metformin when you are bad.

The one thing I HAVE done that makes me crave sweets less is cardio exercise. If i am doing it regularly, I crave better food.

Re: Oleic Acid as a Sirtuin Activator and why Canola oil may be best

I tasted our olive oil and it's awful. I can't tell if it is bad, I would have thought it would taste rather sweet. i like the idea of just taking a capsule.   The more peppery/bitter the taste with hot/burning sensation on the back of the throat, the more polyphenols and better it is for you. The ...

Re: Sugar substitutes

I eat more sweets when I'm stressed. I need a better go to for stress, since not having stress is not very likely. :)
