I think the benefits to your brain and sense of well being alone are good reasons to walk. Especially if you have to be indoors with the windows closed all winter. I find walking/being outside for at least an hour a day has kept me in good shape.

I tihnk i would make 1 or 2 tweaks to your list Keep Resveratrol and Curcumin, add NMN and Fisetin but everyone is frreaking out about Grape Seed Extract as It has a next level senolytic (and it is also very inexpensive). I'm curious as to why the Defender product's name has been changed from Defender to Defender PM.  I was taking Defender in the morning.  Should I now take it a night.  I do not think the ingredients changed at all.  Please advise.   ???       I just noticed that they are labelling the NAD+ optimize...

Very interesting results, more than a few standard deviations.

Besides this and i assume liver benefits? what is the big deal with NAC?

I was a bit over weight when i started. I did notice weight loss over the next 4 months... roughly 15 pounds, and my only big change was taking Fisetin.
