Well Lipo Green Tea is a great option for me. I am not a tea drinker, and i have no idea what goes into other brands... it's good to have a trusted source for all/most of my longevity tools.

i just started Lipo CaAKG and i am excited about what the results will be.

ok my CRP is 5.5mg i am now starting 2 months of Lipo CaAKG and will retake.

I suppose the most reliable as far as known  substances to boost collagen are Retinol A and now blue methylene serum.

This is a really good idea, walking while fasting.

I have done it as recently as today.  I had fasted from 6pm yesterday until 5 pm today and walked about a mile after shovelling my driveway. A great feeling.

i think i'd add resveratrol to this combination.

Make sure when purchasing Collagen that the product contains 5 types of Collagen. There are studies out there on type 2 Collagen and that over time, rebuilds cartilage and tendons.
