I notice when i am running after taking NAD+ i feel like i could run forever. Runner's high or something. I never thought I would actually enjoy running, but  since I do now, i run outside rather than at the gym.

My Dad and I have added Olive Oil and Grape Seed Extract to our Renue series. He is finally on board.
 

NAD+ Complete with Lipo Curcumin is likely the best bet. I aslo agree exercise, especially cardio would help reduce inflammation.
