Re: When Fasting Gets Tough, the Tough Immune Cells Get Going—or Die

I also take apple cider vinegar at my last meal. Although I oddly enjoy the taste, I like to rinse my mouth out after to wash the acid of the vinegar off my teeth to preserve my enamel. My current fasting window is 6PM-8AM as I start craving food earlier and after my workout. and I have no urge to s...

Re: Mayo Clinic Study on HIIT Exercise

A huge conflict with bodybuilding is gaining size while still trying to lose fat. HIIT is the key to get around this. To gain muscle you lift weight. To lose fat you do cardio. With tradition methods of cardio (such as 60 mins of running) we actually counteract the muscle gains attained by weight li...

Re: When Fasting Gets Tough, the Tough Immune Cells Get Going—or Die

Intermittent fasting and time restricted feeding has become a way of life for me now, and for good reasons. The health benefits seem countless, both physical and mental. It's also attainable. I have been intermittent fasting for over 2 years now with ease. I currently have a 14 hour fasting window/2...

Re: NMN effects

I have been taking NMN for NMN for just over two weeks now. It's a little too soon to conclusively comment on the effects it is having. That being said, I do feel a little better than before. energy levels seem to be up and my cognitive functions seem to be improving. I will report back after a month.

Re: NAD & NMN with Coffee?

There is nothing to say the contrary that taking NMN with coffee can be bad for you. At least nothing I have ever read.
