Broccoli Sprouts and Sulforaphane

I've been supplementing with broccoli sprouts in my morning smoothies for a few years now and have been quite fascinated with its abundant compound sulforaphane and its anti aging benefits it has. heres a really interesting clip on sulforaphane done by Dr. Rhonda Patrick on the JRE https://www.youtu...

Re: Lutein

I am considering taking Lutein, for my vision at the very least (macular degeneration runs in the family). My mother was advised to take it at the first sign, and it literally halted the progress of the disease. Does anyone have information on whether Lutein performs other beneficiary functions? Fo...

Re: Post your weight and dosage thread

I take at most 500mg/ day currently at the age of 30. I am relying on the fact that my body is producing NAD+ naturally still and do not want my body to become dependant on the foreign source.

Re: PEMF( Pulsed Electromagnet Field Therapy)

Yes, Newage, ours has the mat and you can set it for 15 mins or 30 mins. It has an up and down switch and I normally click it up 15 times and you can hear it thumping every 2 seconds. So in the seated position with the mat behind my back, if I look at my stomach area you can see the thump ripple th...

Re: The healthiest food: nothing

Yes, over here we see the same thing. Family members and kids munching away in the supermarket aisle on products that they have taken from the shelves with no concern for shoplifting laws whatsoever. It is as if they believe that if they eat it on the premises then they are breaking no laws. The ad...

Re: PEMF( Pulsed Electromagnet Field Therapy)

Please keep us informed. Will do. Next x-ray is in 2 weeks. currently the pain has not alleviated yet. Many times we see a detox period where the pain can become worse. Then the body begins to heal and the pain levels retreat. I hope you begin to see this soon. This would be ideal. the problem is I...

Re: Inflammation, cancer and other diseases

This is all great information for inflammation issues. There's another way to combat this by doing the hot and cold thing. Ice baths followed up with hot dry sauna. There's a lot of research out there on this method. Dr. Rhonda Patrick talks about how appling the sauna is equivalent to exercise in ...

Re: PEMF( Pulsed Electromagnet Field Therapy)

We have been talking about PEMF and just wanted to share this case. Race horse fractures its navicular bone and may never race again. Vets tried all the normal western medicine but nothing seemed to help and the horse continued to get worse. One of the trainers contacted me and ask if I had anythin...
