Re: Does the Sublingual NMN interrupt fasting?

I try to stay away from all foods and drinks during my fasting. Regardless if it’s a pill or vitamin I swallow. Some say black coffee is ok but I am still a little sceptical as the verdict is out in that one. I’ll just share my little anecdote with you. I’m 47 I’ve been intermittently fasting for a...

Re: The Sprinting Challenge.

I’ve been getting into a more cardio rich routine as of late and just being out on the trails is a great way to meet athletes that I can connect with. I didn’t realize it at first but they have their own community out there in the trails. Trail running is very popular over here also and you are rig...

Re: The healthiest food: nothing

Okay but I hunt down the aisles of Costco every weekend. Dodging the aggressive house wife and tracking the freshest cuts of meat. This has to be kindred to what my American Indian ancestors did on the open plains. As sarcastic and funny as that is, I still see truth to that. I feel more comfortabl...

Vets tried all the normal western medicine but nothing seemed to help and the horse continued to get worse. One of the trainers contacted me and ask if I had anythin...

Sorry for the late reply. I was off the grid for a while with no reception. Quite nice actually.

At the time, yes, that was my first week. I am now going into week 3 of using the PEMF!

Thanks for this Fred! I didn’t know this was out there yet. Dr. Rhonda Patrick is so well versed and articulate all while keeping it interesting and easy to follow for the people without a medical or nutritionalists degree. Can’t wait to put this one on, on the ride home.
