As I was putting my NMN bottle back in the cabinet this morning, I noticed that every NMNs tablet now has 25mg TMG in it. Has this always been there? Had no idea! I've been taking extra TMG for the methyl donors but now I'm wondering if I need to or if the 25mg is enough.

New form of NMN called NMNH increase NAD+ better than NMN or NR
https://faseb.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/epdf/10.1096/fj.202001826R Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) homeostasis is constantly compromised due to degradation by NAD+- dependent enzymes. NAD+ replenishment by sup-plementation with the NAD+ precursors nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) and nic...

Re: Antiangiogenesis for fat removal and cancer prevention
I am curious if that is actually the real mechanism? If existing vessels are working well, fewer angiogenic factors are released due to reduced blood supply.

This isn't directly an answer to your question, but you might think it is interesting still:

Re: Antiangiogenesis for fat removal and cancer prevention
This is very interesting. It's hard to square this with the many problems that often come with age associated with poor circulation and perfusion. Many cognitive and muscular issues come from declining bloodflow. It would be interesting to see if these or other compounds help restore / maintain func...

Re: mask or no mask outside?
Honestly a lot of this "debate" comes from people living in different environment. In a city, it makes sense for me to wear a mask when I am outside my house because I am encountering so many people in close proximity, going in and out of enclosed spaces... it would just be too much effort...

Re: Alternative to Resveratrol
Pterostilbene has been studied as having a lot of the same effects as resveretatrol. I personally can't take resveratrol (migraines) but I tolerate pterostilbene just fine.

Love to see this. Hopefully this gets more attention for NMN research. There's still so much we don't know

Re: Headache from NMN
Not sure if this is helpful, but it's resveratrol that triggers pretty serious migraines for me. I've tried multiple brands and formulations. On the other hand, NMN and pterostilbene are just fine for me.
